RECEIVES INDUSTRY ACCOLADES

PASADENA , Calif. – The Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has been honored with “Corporate & Incentive Travel’s” 2009 Award of Excellence and “Facilities & Destinations” 2009 Top Destination Award.

The subscribers of “Corporate & Incentive Travel” have bestowed the coveted 2009 Award of Excellence upon the Pasadena CVB for best serving their corporate meetings during the past year.  The Pasadena CVB has also been chosen to receive “Facilities & Destinations” 2009 Top Destination Award, which is one of three categories included in the prestigious Prime Site Awards of Excellence. The award, which recognizes the country’s outstanding destinations, was voted on by meeting and event planners.

“It is an honor to be recognized with these distinguished awards,” said Nan Marchand, executive director of the Pasadena CVB. “They are a testament to the professionalism of our expert staff and the appeal of this dynamic destination.”
